As the days get shorter and colder here in Australia, our thoughts turn to how we're going to keep our summer fitness. And one top tip is to take the outside out of the equation! Whether it's an
exercise bike and treadmill, or some
resistance bands and a
skipping rope, there are heaps of ways to stay fit in the comfort and safety of your own home this Autumn.
#2 Wear Comfortable Joggers
We wear joggers for most of our exercise, so there's nothing more motivation-sapping than putting on a pair of flat, tired shoes before you begin! It's not only going to start you off better, but your joints will thank you for a good quality pair of Asics, Nike, Brooks or New Balance running shoes, with the latest technology for shock absorption & pronation (check out our

#3 Refresh your Wardrobe
With the change of season comes a change in the weather - this is as good a motivation as any to update your exercise clothing! A
fresh outfit might give you that boost in confidence to get out to the gym when you just weren't that keen. But there's also the cold - grab a
jumper or track pants to keep you warm as you exercise with the cooling temperature.
